All content on this website (texts, photographs, logos, graphics, menu and visual elements) belongs to Walida Kitchen or is used with its owners’ permission. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.
5. Personal data
The booking form collects your name, phone number, party size, and the date and time slot you request. This data is used only to record and confirm your reservation; it is neither sold nor used for marketing.

- Retention period: 12 months after the reservation date.
- Recipients: restaurant staff and our technical providers: Hostinger (hosting and database), Resend (booking notification email) and Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-bot protection).
- Security: HTTPS connection, protected admin access, rate limiting against abuse.
Under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and object to the use of your data. The booking form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell real visitors from bots.

The website contains links to third-party services (Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram, WhatsApp). Walida Kitchen is not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
8. Liability
Walida Kitchen strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information (menu, prices, opening hours) but cannot guarantee that it is complete. Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) and may change. An online booking is a request; its confirmation depends on the restaurant’s availability.
9. Governing law
This legal notice is governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Marrakech shall have sole jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rules.
